Tuition is paid monthly and is DUE by the 8th of each month. A Late Fee of $5.00
per student is charged if tuition is paid after the 8th. If you know you will miss the first week of the month
please make tuition during the first week of the month to avoid the late fee.
There are no refunds or credits for absences or classes missed by the student.
Students who cannot attend a regularly scheduled class may take a make-up class, if available, provided it
is before the end of the current month.
Annual Membership Fee : Payable in September of each year. It is prorated for new students
joining through out the year.
Late Fee : If tuition payment is received after the 8th of the month a fee of $5.00 is charged.
Tuition Slips : Slips need to be filled out completely. Use one tuition slip per student. Enter
the type and time of class. Make checks payable to: On Stage Dance.
Returned Checks : There is a $12.00 fee for returned checks.
