Fencing Performances with Coeur du Petit Lion
For interested fencers we also offer performing opportunities. These opportunities would consist of a choreographed presentation. All of the fencing skills gleaned by the fencing students at their present date of development would be showcased both individually and in groups of twos to demonstrate actual pre-bouting fencing techniques.
These performance opportunities would include, but not be limited to, a summer presentation at Del Mar in the San Diego County Fair 2009 and a presentation at the California Center for the Arts Escondido, also scheduled for the summer of 2009. The aforementioned fencing performance opportunities may take place a week or two after school is out. If this becomes the case, fencing classes and rehearsals would be offered at the On Stage Dance Site to complete the preparation for such fencing performance opportunities.
There is also the possibility of showcasing a fencing performance demonstration for the entire elementary school at a School Assembly.
